The first thing that I'm going to do is insert a page break so that I can go to the next page. Over here, I'm going to insert a table with any number of fields that I want. Let the first field be called name and the second field be called description. Let me make it a bit more prominent so that you can see it easily. I'll use this font and mention "name" over here. Then, I will go to the Developer tab. The Developer tab can be activated by going to File, selecting Options, and then going to Customize Ribbon. From there, you can activate the Developer tab.
